Our Postage & Packaging
Our products are all unique and many are handmade, as a consequence some may become damaged during transit. We aim to reduce this possibility by ensuring we use reputable delivery companies and by protecting each item during transit using wrapping and other protective posting methods.
The postage and packaging costs added to each item are based on two things:
1) The size of the item.
2) The weight of the item.
How we calculate p&p charges:
1) Each item is considered individually.
2) The item weight is calculated.
3) We do not charge you for the protective wrapping used to safeguard the item from damage during transit.
4) We send most items using a "fragile item service", ensuring it is handled with care.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to:
1) Spain.
2) The United Kingdom.
3) France.
4) Germany.
5) Italy.
6) The United States of America.
We also deliver to any other country, but you should contact us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER if you would like an order sent to anywhere other than to the countries listed above, as your delivery will be subject to further postage costs.
